Our SEPA Direct Debits software has been developed by us to manage the direct debit process for your organisation from start to finish. It has been designed to make the process as easy as possible for the user and the feedback from our customers confirms that we have achieved this objective. With as little as 3 mouse-clicks you can create your SEPA direct debit file. The software resides on your PC or on a server on your network. All your data resides locally so your customer data is secure within your own IT systems.

Many organisations have developed their own application for creating the existing EMTS direct debit format of file. This was possible as the EMTS format is quite straightforward. Other organisations may have purchased software which is deeply integrated into their organisation.
To support such organisations, in moving to the new SEPA XML format, we have developed the “SEPA Converter” application. This application will import a legacy format EMTS file and convert this into the new SEPA XML format file. The software identifies the mandate which each transaction relates to and inserts the appropriate data into the new output SEPA file.
This is an easy to use application. It is an easy to implement solution (the software can be installed and your business can be producing SEPA compliant files in less than half a day). There is no need to engage in costly upgrades or changes to be deeply integrated legacy systems. This can minimise the effect and cost to successfully implement SEPA in your business.
We also provide an easy to use SEPA Credit Transfer system. This allows you maintain a database of suppliers or staff and credit funds to their account on a date of your chosing by uploading a file to your bank. You simply enter the amount beside the name of the person/company you wish to pay. Click the button to create the file and upload it to your bank. It is as simple as that!
An option is also available to import the amount to credit from files produced by other systems.
